NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2023, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes from time to time, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes from time to time, for the purpose of providing funds to make a loan to CENTURY WLAVA 2 LP (or an affiliate or assign thereof approved by the LACDA), to finance the acquisition, development construction or rehabilitation of West LA VA – Building 156 & 157 Apartments, a 112 unit supportive housing development to be located at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, in unincorporated Los Angeles County.
The hearing will be conducted pursuant to the provisions of California Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361) as set forth under California Government Code Section 54953, which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. The hearing will be conducted by teleconference only, as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under Revenue Procedure 2021-39 and AB 361.
