SIGN-ON BONUS
Payable upon the execution of a Housing Assistance Payment contract. Please note that these are not payment standards. Please click here for a current list of Incentives.

MOVE-IN ASSISTANCE
Application fee assistance, up to $50 per adult, per application, as well as security deposit (up to one month's rent) and utility assistance to get the unit move-in ready.

DAMAGE MITIGATION
Up to $3,000 for repairs not covered by the security deposit.

VACANCY LOSS PAYMENTS
One month’s rent if the family vacates the unit without proper notice, or is evicted for good cause.

Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Program: VASH vouchers may also be used in the Cities of Los Angeles, Pasadena, Baldwin Park, Norwalk, Burbank, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and Kern County jurisdictions. 

Homeless Incentive Program (HIP):  Owners with available units in the Cities of Los Angeles, Pasadena, Inglewood, Baldwin Park, Norwalk, Burbank, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, Kern County, and LACDA’s regular jurisdictions may also participate in this Program.
