NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on December 17, 2021, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes from time to time, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes from time to time, for the purpose of providing funds to make a loan to CDV II, L.P. (or an affiliate or assign thereof approved by the LACDA), to finance the acquisition, development, construction and/or rehabilitation of Corazón del Valle (CDV) II, a 90-unit multifamily housing development to be located at 14533 Lanark Street on County of Los Angeles owned land in the City of Los Angeles.

The hearing will be conducted by teleconference only, as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under Revenue Procedure 2021-39.
