What is an Elderly Family?
An elderly family is a household whose head, co-head, spouse, or sole member is a person who is at least 62 years of age. It may include two or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living together, or one or more persons who are at least 62 years of age living with one or more live-in aides. Registrants will NOT be accepted at this time for households that are non-elderly (under 61 years of age). Applicants will be selected from the waiting list in the order of admission preferences, followed by date and time.
What is a Disabled Family?
A disabled family is a family whose head of household, spouse, or sole member is a person with disabilities, it may include two or more persons with disabilities with one or more live in aides.
How to RegisterIf you, or someone you know, meet the requirements, and would like to be placed on the Lancaster Homes and/or the Kings Road Multifamily Housing waiting lists,
you may REGISTER HERE beginning February 1, 2023.
