Construction

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has a staff of project managers, construction managers, inspectors, and labor compliance officers who have successfully manage and complete projects cumulatively valued at over $100 million, including new construction or rehabilitation of libraries, community centers, parks, and public housing, and residential and commercial refurbishments involving public funds.

The LACDA manages projects in a complex regulatory environment. These projects can involve a broad range of complexity and uncertainty that must be managed from early project feasibility to construction completion. In addition, these projects may have unique concerns and corporate or political mandates that may require a multi-faceted approach to development.
