NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Los
Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) will hold a public hearing on April
1, 2026, as required and authorized by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1986, with respect to a proposed plan of financing providing for the
issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing mortgage revenue bonds or
notes from time to time, and at no time to exceed in outstanding principal
amount, including bonds or notes issued to refund such revenue bonds or notes
from time to time, for the purpose of providing financing to the following
projects:

The hearing will be conducted
pursuant to the provisions of California Assembly Bill 361 (AB 361) as set
forth under California Government Code Section 54953, which suspends certain
requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. The hearing will be conducted by
teleconference only, as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under
Revenue Procedure 2021-39 and AB 361.

to express their views on the plan of financing, issuance of the bonds or notes
or the nature and location of the projects proposed to be financed will be
given an opportunity to do so by calling into the telephonic meeting or
providing written comments in advance.
